The Songs of Love Foundation is a charitable organization
devoted to providing personalized songs to children and
young adults facing difficult medical challenges. Their
network of songwriters lovingly dedicate their time and
talents to create unique lyrics and melodies which highlight
the distinct personality of each person.
Every step of the way, which includes composing the lyrics
and melodies, producing, arranging and recording the song,
and finally packaging and delivery of the finished product, is
performed with attentive care.
Each song of love is one of a kind and is never duplicated.
There is never a charge for their services. Since 1996, the
Songs of Love Foundation has reached out to over 20,000
children in over 500 hospitals and health care facilities in all
50 states. The songs have often been played to alleviate
pain and trauma during painful and scary hospital
treatments. The song recipients have played their "songs of
love" in all kinds of situations and settings such as car trips
to the hospital, show and tell at school, for family and friends
in person or on the phone, and even for the doctors and
nurses. The children have their "songs of love" always
available to them whenever they are feeling down.
Songs of Love relies upon the generosity of the public for its
funding. All donations are fully tax deductible as permitted
